My name is Trisha. I work as an accountant during the day but I spend an unhealthy amount of time wondering what could make life more fulfilling. What is my life's purpose - the proverbial question and eternal paradox. To which I found no answer up to this day.
There's a brewing desire in me to do something different but I realize I cannot (just yet) quit my day job and pursue a life on the road promoting the feminist movement like Gloria Steinem did because while the desire is strong, the bills are stronger!
What I can do in the interim, however, is to work on things I'm passionate about. For instance, I wrote the opening greeting in French because I have been learning the language for over a year now and have gained what I would claim a 'minor' competency in expressing myself in it. Language is one of the things I find truly fascinating.
And on that note, it is my main reason for starting this project. Thetmchronicles.com is for people like me who live in the in-between. Those who lead lives that are by no means perfect, but are far from dreadful either. This is my attempt at chronicling the monotony of daily living and from time to time, the extraordinary things that happen at random. After all, I'm just an average millennial who has no desire to keep up with the Kardashians (or the Joneses)!
